By purchasing and downloading the digital product provided by Curlynoemi, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Seller retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the digital Product. Upon purchase, the Buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or internal purposes only. This license does not grant the Buyer the right to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or resell the Product in any form, whether digitally or physically.
The Buyer agrees not to engage in any of the following activities: a. Reproduction or duplication of the Product, in whole or in part, for the purpose of reselling, redistributing, or sharing with third parties. b. Modification, adaptation, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on the Product for commercial gain or otherwise. c. Renting, leasing, lending, or otherwise providing the Product to others for a fee or for free.
The license granted to the Buyer is solely for their personal or internal use. It cannot be assigned, sublicensed, or transferred to any third party without the express written consent of the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance with these terms. In case of violation or suspected violation of these terms, the Seller may revoke the Buyer's access to the Product without refund and take appropriate legal action if deemed necessary.
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except under exceptional circumstances at the seller's discretion.
